CDHA / D-Sharp Contest

Whether you are a dental hygiene student or a seasoned dental hygiene professional, here is your chance to win in CDHA/D-Sharp’s OIM Instrument Program Contest.

Maintain Your Edge I - An Instrument Sharpening and Maintenance Workshop:
At this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to quickly and efficiently attain and maintain a sharp cutting edge on your instruments chairside. The basics of instrument design will be covered along with some very helpful tips that you can apply to your dental hygiene practice immediately. A free chairside guide and ergonomic test stick will be given to each participant.
Dates: Thursday, January 28th 6pm – 9pm

Maintain Your Edge II – An Exploration of Advanced and Newly Designed Instruments:
At this hands-on workshop you will learn how to implement a variety of "non-traditional and newly designed" instruments to help you increase your effectiveness with your instrumentation. If you have difficulty accessing a furcation, have a patient that has difficulty opening their mouth and can't reach the posterior or find that sometimes a curet is just too bulky for a particular application, then this course is a must for you!
